If false information is provided at registration or multiple accounts are created, 7sbet reserves the right to cancel all associated accounts without notice. Any balance held in those accounts may be forfeited.

3Age Verification & KYC

Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) must be completed before making any financial transactions on 7sbet. This is both a legal requirement and an important measure to keep your account secure.

• Selfie or Face Verification
• Proof of Payment Method Ownership
• Proof of Address Documents (if required)

7sbet stores all KYC information with strict confidentiality. It is never shared with third parties and is used solely to meet regulatory requirements. Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

5Betting Rules

The following general rules apply when placing bets on 7sbet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, 7sbet will settle the bet in accordance with its own policy.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 7sbet reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Odds in live betting change rapidly; the odds at the moment you confirm your bet will apply.
• Match fixing and fraudulent betting are strictly prohibited, and any such bets will be voided.

If you believe there is an error after a bet is settled, contact our support team within 72 hours. Disputes raised after this window may not be eligible for review.

6Bonuses & Promotions

7sbet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, but the following general rules apply across the board:

• The welcome bonus is available to new registered members only and can be claimed once.
• A specific wagering requirement must be fulfilled before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Using multiple bonuses at the same time is generally not permitted.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only available after wagering requirements are met.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 7sbet reserves the right to cancel bonuses and review the account.

Each promotion has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires. 7sbet's decision is final on all bonus-related matters.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7sbet platform:

• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage.
• Use of automated betting software or bots.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

8Account Closure & Suspension

7sbet may suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• Where clear evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is found.
• Where suspicious financial activity is detected.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting the support team. After a closure request is submitted, any remaining valid balance will be available for withdrawal.

9Responsible Gaming

7sbet believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a habit. That's why we offer a range of tools to help you stay in control:

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum limit on your daily, weekly, or monthly deposits.
• Cooldown Period: Take a temporary break ranging from 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Self-suspend your account for a period of 3 months to 5 years.
• Betting History: Review your own betting patterns.
